Effects of SRS on relationships;
This questionnaire is being used to try to get some clear answers about how we percieve our sexuality post operatively. We would be very gratefull if you would spend a few minutes answering the questions honestly. All replies will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to any outside agency.

- How many relationships after SRS have you had lasting *longer than a year*?
